j'ai écouté Macron qui disait qu'on n'a pas besoin de la signature US 
pour le traité des océans.

Mais quelle blague ! qui osera arrêter un navire de pêche ou de 
prospection maritime US en haute mer ? la navy US abattre toute garde 
côte qui tentera de bloquer des navires américains.
