It wouldn't be either of those. NZCTV is New Zealand Cricket's YouTube
channel and TVCNZ is some sort of second-hand vintage clothes seller.

The main two main free-to-air TV networks in New Zealand are
"Television New Zealand" (TVNZ) and "MediaWorks", each of which run a
few different broadcast and streaming channels. There are also quite a
few other free-to-air channels that are more niche, although "Maori TV"
does have some good movies in English from time to time.
