No I do not avoid marginal weather. Leaving Little Rock we entered 
clouds and rain at 300 agl and we in the soup for about 1.5 hours. There 
were severe thunderstorms just north of the track we took, seen by radar 
depicted on the iPad and aircraft GPS. Those storms were on the direct
