Absolutily.  For the right price ofcourse :-)   And its even better/cheaper, 
as the color goes over the base coat, and not over another color (which 
might even need to be removed first).

I just wanted to keep the comparision simple - as here are a few people here 
who seem to have trouble with even the most basic of examples.
