I easily get through the day on 80% charge, so I just toss it on my MagSafe stand charger (to use as my bedside clock at night) and in the morning it's always ready to go. Just out of curiosity, I should find one of my 5 watt chargers and see if it can do the same. And my iPhone 16, which is now almost exactly 6 months old, still has 100% of its original battery capacity. :-)
