There is Scanning Sense (Para-Radar), and GURPS Powers: The Weird also
adds Telecommunication (Para-Radio).

I would also think to add Para-Infrared and Para-Laser, which are like
Infrared and Laser communication but with an unknown energy and without
many of their limitations. (This can be meaningful if you want such a
thing but without the long range and omnidirectional like radio is.)
