You've giving him too much credit; he's too fucking stupid to come up 
with this shit on their own. My theory remains he's getting email blasts 
from the Oath Keepers to give him his talking points.  In this one some 
right wing asshole took a 31 minute speech from Schumer from 15 fucking 
years ago and created a 30 second sound bite from it.  Who knows what 
shit these dumb motherfuckers are trying to convey but we do know they 
don't have the cognitive ability to even discuss one iota of what 
Schumer was talking about.  Same shit, different nanosecond.
