Uh, I had Windows 8.x and early Windows 10 on my old computer.  I know
what the fuck I'm talking about, that's why I'm reading this thread in
COLA, where we debate OSes.

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent.  States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.
