How many groups are you multi-posting this to?  
I've seen it at least 4 times now and it's a PITA.  

If you crosspost instead (with a followup-to set) most 'reader agents
will mark all the article copies as read once the first instance has
been seen.  It's a simple courtesy to your audience.

You're likely to be plonked if you keep multi-posting this way.
