"libreadline" : Extension qui est install=C3=A9e, pr=C3=A9cis=C3=A9ment lir=
eadline-dev.

Une autre extension =C3=A0 laquelle "j'ai cru bon" de recourir est
php7.3-readline, install=C3=A9e aussi, de m=C3=AAme que php7.3-cli ...

Que signifie l'option de compilation --with-readline[=3DDIR], et que sont
ces paquets libreadline GNU et php-readline ... ?
