It is absolutely NOT a certainty that you will be arrested and
imprisoned for criticizing China if you ever land in Hong Kong (or
China proper) but, given the POSSIBILITY, you would be foolish to take
the chance. Read the comments under the video. Several Hong Kongers
report that they are living in great fear now and several people that
have friends and family there and who are eager to return will not take
the chance now. Another commenter reported very heavy scrutiny of his
documents, more than he'd ever seen elsewhere. 

I think that locals and frequent visitors  know a lot more than you or
I but if you want to take the chance thinking the authorities won't
make a fuss about a small fry like you, feel free to go. If we don't
hear from you again after you land, we'll understand that you were
wrong.
