How long ago was this burglary? The reason I ask is that there has been
a noticeable shift in law enforcement attitudes since Trudeau was
elected in 2015 and implemented the major bail reforms that is plaguing
us with repeat offenders who don't have to wait in custody for their
trials and are immediately set free to continue stealing.
