probably the majority of usenet newsgroup subscribers are already
using some form of "killfile" filtering on unwanted articles, and
have learned to simply click "ignore"[i] any retained article sub-
threads that tend to get highjacked by usenet troll patrol/police

some newsgroup subscribers are also using several or more servers
with their favorite newsreader client(s), to assure comprehensive
article retention and availability, and enjoy the more fulfilling
usenet experience where freedom of expression remains open to all
