British CPU architecture. Not the same as British CPU design.
Top performing Arm CPUs are designed in USA.
1. Cupertino, California (Apple)
2. Raleigh, North Carolina (Qualcomm)
3. Austin, Texas (Arm Inc)
The only cores of British origin that can be found in modern phones and
tablets are so called SMALL cores - Cortex-A53, Cortex-A55, Cortex-A53,
Cortex-A510. These are good designs, power efficient and especially
area efficient, but very (very very) far from top performers.
