Hamas can raise the 'white flag' anytime; highly unlikely Hamas's
leadership is suffering.

US/Russia have used "bombing/etc" as a means of persuasion.  What is
Putin doing in Ukraine....killing solders or civilians...taking out
civilian infrastructure?
