We're all resistant to change, varying only in degree. Some people welcome changes, while others consider change to be some type of threat. I still have a rubber stamp which prints "Change Everything", so you can easily guess where I stand. I rather prefer to see some changes, preferably for the better. I think it's called "progress". In this case, the issue is gender equality in the workplace, which continues to be a problem for women. Whether gender neutral should extend to literally everything is debatable and often entertaining. For example, try referring to your favorite deity as female and see where that gets you in the various houses of worship. It's minor issues, like gender neutrality, which have produced about 45,000 Christian denominations (200 in the US): "Why does Christianity have so many denominations?" <https://www.livescience.com/christianity-denominations.html> -- Jeff Liebermann jeffl@cruzio.com PO Box 272 http://www.LearnByDestroying.com Ben Lomond CA 95005-0272 Skype: JeffLiebermann AE6KS 831-336-2558
