Wozzie has been using this misrepresentation of reality since
he climbed out from under a rock in 1977 when the first GPS

So the native clock frequency demonstrated that t' <> t,
proving that Wozzie is a bald-faced liar.  If he knew enough
electronics to plug in a clock safely, he'd know that the
orbital clocks are brought into synchronization with the
earth clocks with frequency synthesizers.
