A resident of the Kaliningrad region vomited in food and forced a
little girl to eat the vomit

 As law enforcement officers found out, 37-year-old Elena is the
child's guardian, but does not care for him at all. The woman only
receives benefits and abuses 9-year-old Ira, taking out her anger over
her husband's departure. The girl was constantly beaten with a belt
and improvised objects, thrown out into the cold, not allowed to sleep
peacefully and forced to do push-ups several hundred times. In
addition, the guardian deliberately spoiled the food prepared for the
child - she mixed it with vomit.

A criminal case has been opened on charges of torture and improper
performance of parental responsibilities.
