He likely knows sth about composition, but not as much as Schönberg; nor is he as talented as Schönberg... Fav composers update: 1) Mozart 2) Beethoven 3/4/5) Bach, Schubert, Brahms 6/7) Haydn, Schumann 8/9/10) Schönberg, Webern, Berg 11/12) Debussy, Ravel So who else? Seems like Boulez, Nono and maybe Saariaho?... Not too much into Xenakis as well, nor Dutilleux or Poulenc -- maybe rather Scelsi... Hmmm...
