I asked to speak with someone in the USA and was transferred. There's no way in Hell you're making believe she was sitting in a call center anywhere within the borders of the USA. It's beyond my comprehension they would allow anyone near a phoneline in customer service when they can barely, absolutely barely, speak garbled English.
