  water.  i wasn't feeling that great and not in the
least hungry until the next morning.  gladly whatever it
was did get done by then.

  for breakfast i warmed up a few hotdogs from the freezer
(my brother had already grilled them for us several months
ago), squirted some mustard on them and then i chunked up
a few corn muffins and put those on top and warmed them up
a bit.  put some whole milk yogurt on top.  kinda like a
corn dog with yogurt.
