If you install FO:London on Galaxy, it doesn't install the dependency. Also, not hard to install FO:London with the downgrade on Steam. You just point it at the directory after launching it in GOG. Wish they had pointed that out in the tutorial. At least I know how to downgrade the bullshit "upgrade" on Steam and keep it that way.
