Cutting and pasting this nonsense indicates some kind of obsession, perhaps OCD. Anyway, it is easily refuted. Place a clock on earth that can be read by the moving observer. It will read 86400 seconds/day, in complete accordance with the definition. That the observer's clock will read 99766 seconds is in accord with relativity as well as experimental measurement of time dilation. Wozniak is conflating two different things and confusing as well as being confused by reality. Definitions are human inventions, the nature of the universe (like time, space and time dilation) isn't.
