  doesn't everyone have a cigarrette lighter conversion cable?

  actually many cars don't seem to have cig lighters any more
so that can be noted as a huge improvement in the quality of
life for millions of people.

  our copper wire line was always a PITA for as long as we had
it.  i was relieved when we finally got rid of it and moved on
to the cell service.  my internet comes via another system as
we are out in the sticks - that's a whole different kettle of
fish...
