The fact that this is an officially approved reason to forego prosecution
of a crime at the FBI, and they they don't even seem uncomfortable
asserting it in public, is evidence of the deep rot that has taken hold at
the Bureau.

If you have evidence of a crime and a suspect who is guilty of committing
it, in no way, shape, or form should his race be the determining factor in
whether he's prosecuted or not. The same is true for politics.
