Tilapia, breaded with Andy's Red and fried in good oil. Cod, battered
with masa batter and also fried. Halved lemon and key limes to squeeze
on. Poblanos, chopped and sauteed, topped with homemade cheese sauce.

I've got tilapia scoped out for tomorrow morning. I'll be at ALDI when
it opens to get them at 50% off.

We're just too courteous to say so."
