I had Win11 on this box, it'd have been upgradable to 12, but bleh. It
gets tiring, dealing with M$'s shit.  Just having the hardware to run
the latest Winblows isn't automatically a good reason to.

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent.  States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.
