Time to look at the various subsidiaries of Imperial and some of the
best records they produced. I'm including material from Bayou label
(mostly active circa 1953)
Post label (circa 1955) and Minit which launched circa 1959 distributed
by Imperial but which became a fully fledged subsidary of Imperial in
late 1961 (as reflected in the list below)
