In the industry, they use frameworks because they prefer having dev who
have added value to their jobs than devs who do things which have
already been done.

The framework is only there to get the basics done fast. Then the
developer can concentrate on the core of the product.

Certainly not. You never went close to anything related with software
development, you can't know how it works.
