Oui, je fais ça aussi, sauvegarde une fois par semaine sur un disque dur 
externe usb3.
Avec un rappel dans un agenda (org Agenda sous emacs).
Et j'ai un autre disque dur dans un lieu différent.

C'est plus ou moins automatique, j'ai juste à aller chercher le disque
dur, le brancher, et lancer une commande maison.
