100% agree with this.  If you give Americans extra cash, healthcare
costs will rise in lockstep to capture it.

Around American military bases, the average apartment rent is 100% of a
soldier's living allowance.  Allowance goes up by $10, rent goes up by
$10 the exact same day.

Healthcare needs to be competed openly. What we have now is a mess, and
total bullshit.
