I'm happy you are not the one making laws in France. The issue is not
about using my computer for personal reasons. The issue is being
monitored by someone who can believe that if I don't use my computer for
one hour it's because I'm not working. Like Musk who believes that the
best programmer is the one who write the most lines of code.

He didn't literally said that Microsoft was spying, but that spyware
were included in the system. Even he probably imply it. And that's just
what I said.
