I like stainless metal utensils, but no plastic or anything non-stick 
for me!  I have plenty of different size wooden spoons, including ones 
with a corner that rounds out to scrape the corners.  My favorite is a 
small spatula-shaped one that scrapes the bottom perfectly in a bowl or 
skillet.  Silicone is nice, but I'm too afraid of it melting in hot cast 
iron.
