They are an obsolete medium on computers. It's rare to find new software or anything on disc. We still sell a lot of DVD's in our second hand shop. $1-5 each depending on the title. Nobody wants VHS tapes anymore, so I grab old Disney tapes for free when I come across them. The kids don't care about the quality and still enjoy watching them. Occasionally the babies like the bright colored animations.
