I eat a lot of farmed "Atlantic" salmon, but only because ALDI
frequently has it marked down 50%. This week, a store has Coho for
$5.99/#, so we'll have that a few times. Salmon is the only fish that I
don't typically fry. I usually get extra skin, because my wife puts the
leftovers in salads, and in salads it's better w/o the skin, so I get a
tiny skin snack.
