Given the skimpy clothes needed in your state, I would
guess it to be more of a problem concealing such weapons.

Unless, perhaps, the police should all be women wearing
those straw skirts that don't fly up unless the women
are doing deliberate gyrations.

(Or involuntary gyrations I suppose, just in case.)
