I've been experimenting with 'fridge' pickles and have the proportions of major components (salt, sugar, vineger), but the thousands of recipes on-line do not have an 'official' B & B list. Coriander seed, turmeric paste, black pepper, sapsicum and garlic seem ubiquitous but I wonder if you have any favourites. I have seen recipes with any of cinnamon bark, cloves, allspice, and nutmeg. I am tempted by fenugreek.
