   Hmmm ... as for 'claims' ... how much, in what forms,
   does anyone have a claim on programming code ? Some
   of this stuff goes back to Turing - indeed probably
   back to Babbage/Lovelace. You can re-state the ideas,
   put them together a bit differently, but they're
   still kind of 'stolen', 'sequels'.
