	LOL. You twisted EVERYTHING. The OP stated that people should
have FREQUENT cognitive tests and psychiatric evaluations to be able
to marry, procreate, drive cars, have guns and even vote.
	I agree with that, and I'd add that any political wannabes
should be tested. Do you really want a president that can't remember
if he's supposed to support the Russians or not?

	The OP then went on to describe his offspring. Not the best
place to do that, a Linux group.
