   Oh, they KNOW it by now fer-sure ... but are afraid
   of being jailed for thought-crime if they dare say it.

   IMHO, the entire govt is gonna have to implode before
   any useful changes can be made. Maybe Chuck and Willie
   can run it for a little while ?  :-)
