Un politique passe ses heures à séduire les électeurs, il n'a pas le 
temps d'étudier tous les dossiers, juste les survoler pour en savoir plus 
que 90% des électeurs. Chez Mc Kinsey et dans les ministères on domine 
un peu mieux.
