Check this one out: https://www.amazon.com/Tanita-BF-679/dp/B0009V1YPK It's a $56 with bioimpedance and it doesn't seem to talk about bluetooth or app of any sort, so I assume it doesn't need one, so my data doesn't out of my home, I should be safe. The videos and pictures seem to show that the measurements are shown on the display. It's also a bit more expensive than the typical ones.
