It is correct within reasonable
dialect variance. The speaker
does not have a 100% official
Bucharest TV News accent. She
sounds like someone from the
Northern part of the country
who is trying hard to speak
with a Bucharest accent.

Celibidache was himself from
Northern Romania, aka Western
Moldova.
