Lazy day eating or have you been in the kitchen cooking
tonight's meal and a dish or two for the coming week?

Here, it's nachos.  Before Buffoon Bryan comes stomping
in and injuring that new knee and griping at the top of
his lungs, let me add there's nothing authentic or Latin
inspired about this dish.  It's just a quick and tasty
dish I happen to enjoy even though Buffy will be seething.
