Happy days are here again! Here's a email that I got from the Management
Company for our condo. Near as I can figure, it allows companies to hide
their true owners under layers of vagueness. I suppose it's a good thing
if your company is kind of sketchy or into malfeasance.

"The U.S. Department of the Treasury announced on March 2 that it will
not enforce any penalties or fines associated with the beneficial
ownership information reporting rule under the current regulatory
deadlines. Additionally, penalties or fines will not be imposed on U.S.
citizens, domestic reporting companies, or their beneficial owners once
the upcoming rule changes take effect. Furthermore, the Treasury
Department will be issuing a proposed rulemaking to narrow the scope of
the CTA, focusing solely on foreign reporting companies. While we are
still awaiting the upcoming rule changes, we wanted to provide this
update."
