Disregarding all the falderal from Frankie the overwhelming question
is, "Did the Sheriff actually make the statement Fox shows him
making"?

Fear, fight or turn out the light, is really meaningless to the
discussion. Did or did not Fox publish the truth or not is really the
only question.
