Je suis nul en regex et j'ai besoin d'une regex qui supprime tout
 le reste d'une ligne apr�s le premier espace
 sauf si la ligne commence par ':' :

En entr�e :

:fr.* (hi�rarchie francophone)
fr.bienvenue  Aide aux nouveaux venus dans leurs premiers pas sur Usenet.

En sortie :

Pr�cision, il n'y a pas de lignes vides.
