   There was a similar death-match between Tesla
   and Marconi.

   FINALLY resolved, conveniently AFTER Tesla was
   dead ... it was determined that Tesla HAD invented
   the basic tech. But he had no heirs - so Marconi
   didn't have to pay up  :-)
