Bonjour à toutes et tous,
quelqu'un a-t-il déjà utilisé la modélisation thermique de transistor 
MOS (SOATherm) sous LTSpice ?
Si oui, comment créer un modèle personnalisé pour un transistor donné 
et à partir d'un datasheet ?
Je ne trouve aucune documentation sur le sujet et plusieurs personnes sur 
la toile s'en plaignent.
