I said she doesn't stand out. So, I know there was a companion named  
Peri, and since you name the one that flinched thus, I assume it's her.  
That's it.

Names and I... I have to check what happens in that episode... Google  
mentions her being rescued from drowning, and I remember that and that  
she ended up in the TARDIS after.

She still doesn't stand out.
